Hi there! Welcome to Once Upon A Life! A place where I ask and investigate the hard hitting questions we all are wondering that surrounds mental health. Here you will find interviews, stories, and research on all topics mental health that will debunk, enforce, and change the way you perceive an individual living with a mental illness. 

An open dialog about mental health is one of the most important things I want to promote and protect. This community is a space for all to enlighten, share, inspire and learn. Without this community, inspiration would be very much lacking and the stigma to keep our mouths shut and not ask the difficult questions would persevere. So thank YOU!
